State Convention

Over 30 GISA students went to Columbus, Ohio, to attend the State FFA Convention. We had 16 students compete in the State FFA agri-science competition. All of the students that received 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place had the opportunity to walk across stage and receive an award in front of a record breaking crowd of over 7,000 FFA members. The following students received an award; Hayley Milliron, Tern Ferrell, Emily Goeser, Brian Rexroth, Allison Sanders, Wesley Sizemore, Rhett Tom, Jonathan Meese, Scott McSpadden, Rebecca Helt, Gregory Howard-Smoot, and Abigail Myers. Congratulations to all of the hardworking participants.
